Warranty Coverage

We provide a limited warranty of 90 days from the date received by the original purchaser or installer, unless otherwise specified, and covers the replacement of a defective part/s. The warranty applies only to parts replacement unless a part cannot be obtained in its place. For such cases, an exchange will be issued to the original purchaser. An exchange of a defective part will be processed only if it is accompanied by the original sales invoice. All items must be in their original condition and must not be damaged due to incorrect installation upon return. The warranty is limited only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  • Under NO circumstances will our liability exceed the amount of the original sale.
  • Products damaged as a result of abuse, misuse, improper repairs or maintenance, improper installation, alteration, or modification will not be covered by the warranty.
  • The warranty does not cover airfreight charges, labor expenses, towing expenses, or rental car expenses resulting from installation errors. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We will not reimburse any return shipping charges incurred.
  • All returned items must have the RA (Return Authorization) number written outside the shipping box prior to return. The RA Numbers can be obtained by emailing our Customer Service. Returned items without the RA numbers will not be accepted.
  • Our liability does not cover lost or stolen packages, mailed back by the customer, containing the parts being claimed under warranty. Because the customer is the shipper, he is the only one who can file any lost claim with the shipping company. Therefore, the claim must be coordinated and processed through the shipping company by the customer.

Express Shipping

UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select shipping are available for most orders for additional charges. Airfreight carriers reserve the right to extend delivery time when delivering to residential addresses. This is beyond our control and airfreight charges will NOT be refunded. All orders received before 12:00 PM Pacific Time (3:00 PM Eastern Time) Mondays to Fridays may ship the same day, please allow up to 1 business day to process the order. No UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. If you place your order on a weekend or a holiday, please be aware that the shipping cycle for these orders starts on the next available business day.

International Shipping

We currently ship to US and Canada only. Other countries are not available.

Canada Shipping

The payment of duties and taxes is the responsibility of the importer. UPS Standard and Worldwide Express are available for Canadian customers.

Shipping Error

If you receive an incorrect part due to our error, we will issue a UPS Call Tag to pick up the incorrect part, and we will ship the correct part at no additional charge to you upon receipt of the incorrect part. Please report any shipping error within 48 hours after receipt of your order.

Damaged Shipment

All merchandises are packed carefully and correctly before they shipped out. Damaged shipments should be checked in the presence of the carrier. Please keep all shipping cartons and packing material for carrier inspection.

Return Policy

We will accept authorized returns within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.

Authorized returns must be in the complete and original packaging. If the item arrived at your location damaged, please include the original shipping container in your return.

All authorized returns must be in their original condition, include all components, and cannot be disassembled or damaged due to incorrect installation. Returns missing components will not be credited. We are not responsible for installation errors. We are not responsible for labor expenses, towing expenses, additional repair expenses or rental car expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation.

Refused Shipment

All shipments returned as "Refused" for any reason, the customer will not constitute the right to a refund or credit. It is the customer's responsibility to make all arrangements with TopGearAutosport.com for return orders. Customers will be charged freight expenses associated with the refused shipment as well as the restocking fee on all products shipped.

Restocking Fee

A 25% restocking fee is charged on all returns that are not the direct result of our error.

Refunds

Refunds for returns or cores normally process and credit within 30 days from the date we receive your return at the warehouse. Once we receive the core or part, we forward it to the manufacturer for approval. The manufacturer will then approve the return. Once the return has been approved and processed, the refund will be credited to the credit card you used to buy the merchandise. You will receive a "credit approved" e-mail the day you are credited. Please be aware that your bank may take 4-7 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card. If you do not receive a credit after 30 days, please e-mail our customer service and we will respond to you immediately.

Cancellation

All orders are electronically processed and forwarded to the warehouse immediately after the order is confirmed therefore, the window of opportunity to cancel an order is limited. All orders must be canceled BEFORE we confirm the payment. No orders can be canceled after payment has been confirmed, as the order will be immediately processed for shipment.

  • We reserve the right not to proceed with any order where we feel that it will put us, the recipient or any other party in a vulnerable position either financially or for any other justifiable reason. We will contact every customer placing an order to notify them of the cancellation providing a viable contact e-mail address has been given. We may not be prepared to incur extra expense, other than to use e-mail to cancel such an order.
